WHO WE ARE
We are a national association for users interested in Enterprise Computing with HP enterprise operating systems.
OUR HERITAGE
Encompass Canada, formerly The Canadian Association of Compaq Users, was formed shortly after Compaq's acquisition of Digital Equipment, from the amalgamation of the Canadian Chapter of the "Digital Equipment Computer Users' Society" (DECUS Canada) and the "Canadian Tandem Users' Group" (CTUG).
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

Membership in a Canadian community of HP users have access to other users who work with HP enterprise technologies.

The user group creates a direct line of sight between HP and its members, users and partners to ensure that users’ special interest and technology needs are heard.

User group activities facilitate peer-to-peer exchange of information and collaboration.

Membership interaction establishes channels to HP decision makers and their partners.

Members can take advantage of advocacy programs for users to voice their opinions.

Membership offers access to hobbyist licence for OpenVMS and Tru64.
